Duane Eddy Tour Schedule??

I like Duane Eddy almost as much as I like Chet. I really want to see Duane in concert before either he or I check out. I have seen him for a couple of songs at the CAAS but never as a regular performer at CAAS or in concert any place else. He used to have a web site but that has been taken down.

Does anyone (maybe Richard Hudson) have a link to what Duane is doing and his concert schedule. Sure wish Mark could get him for a regular set at CAAS.

Hi Bill. Duane's personal appearances are pretty rare anymore. He has made a very few limited appearances at a few festivals in the USA in the last few years. He did do a UK tour a couple of years ago and may possibly do that again later this year, but for some reason he doesn't have anything planned in the US in the near future, at least to my knowledge. I have seen some good video of his recent appearances and he still sounds magnificent. I know a lot of us would love to see him tour again. I know there is a lot more to it than that, but if I hear of anything I will announce it on here.

Thanks for your reply Richard. I enjoy your music very much. I would also like to see you perform at CAAS. We met there briefly a couple of years ago. Listening to Duane got me started on guitar. Chet came a year or so later. We started going to CAAS in 1992 and have only missed 5 or so since then. I leave my guitar in our room. I know my place.
