Hi everyone here Paolo who writes, a curiosity :
that model of dobro is the one present in this photo? He's gretsch, it's written.
An important photo in my opinion, a fingerstyle repertoire involves the use of many guitars,
solid electric, archtop, classical, acoustic and dobro.

Ciao

I believe it is the same instrument, or am I wrong?

At this point I wonder, are they all nylon strings? or half nylon, the lowest?
But the main question still remains to understand what model of dobro Gretsch is this.

Paolo.

thank you so much jean-luc !!!! I'm a very curious guy.
Too bad this model has remained a prototype, it looks a lot like Del Vecchio !!!
Again a courtesy, excuse my ignorance but what is MAMG ????

It's a beautiful book with great pictures of all Chet's guitars.
I bought it about $20 in 2008. It is a bit more expensive now ...

Now it costs five times as much, but this is not the problem,
but it is also difficult to find it here in Europe;
I would like to avoid customs fees.

Paolo.
