Good to hear you pick Norm! I heard Doyle Dykes say that guitar players should record all the time, even if it's just for friends and family. Keep on pickin' Norm!

Chuck, I wonder why that is? Should guitar players record more often to be more aware of how they sound to others? I know that sometimes we aren't nearly as happy with how we sound when we hear ourselves played back...self-critiquing.

Nice Pickin Buddy. Good job! I can say you did not pick an easy tune. Not a lot of folks can play that selection!! Your work getting back into shape was well worth the time and effort. Just keep it up... I enjoy your comments and your help on the board. Thanks, Frank Woodard

Rande,
You're right about that. If I remember right Doyle was saying that we need to record ourselves for future generations and I believe he also mentioned that would make us better players.

Well, the "future generation" part has been my motivation for years. "Becoming better guitar players" didn't really dawn on me. Now I have yet ANOTHER reason to record!
