Here's my version of Struttin'. In order to not wear out my welcome, I won't make another post like this for a while.
Hope you all like it, and thanks for listening.

Re: Struttin'
Good job, Randy. That is one of the best tunes that Jerry ever did, I think.

A real toe tapper, Randy. You sound like you are smiling. That's the hardest part with a tune like Struttin'. And I love your sound. By that I mean your guitar, your touch and the way you record.
Struttin' is one of my favorites, too. I play it every day just to remind myself how fortunate I am to have found Chet and his musical pals... like all of us.

John -
Thanks so much for the kind words. I'm trying to do my part in helping fingerstyle guitar move forward while also preserving its traditions, and I really appreciate the feedback I get from you and the rest of the gang on the board. Like you, I feel very fortunate to have discovered Chet and Merle at an early age - and later Jerry, Marcel, and you. The fingerstyle guitar community is such a great club to be a part of, in my opinion.
For those interested in the mic setup, I asked Eric Schuchman, the recording engineer, what mics he used - he said there were two Neuman U87's and one Neuman U47.
Thanks again -

Re: Struttin'
I went down to the crossroads and sold my soul to play like you and all the other posters on the Board. Apparently I got the wrong vendor because I sure can't play anything like you guys, and I am left to wander this earth, out of soul and not knowing where to make another purchase. You and all the others have greatly humbled me with regard to my thinking I was a pretty good guitar player. Muy,muy, muy bueno! Billy
