Beautiful. I like that you used a guitar that approximated the sound Chet had on that album. It was so plunky, I loved it.
I have a bunch of video of you guys from the convention if you would like it.

JoAnne,
That Sound that Chet gets on those Chet/Jerry Lp's in amazing. On MacArthur Park his Country Gent sounds out of phase. That's why I chose to use Eddies' "Yandell Fender"....it has an amazing sound with those Gibson Phaser EMG type pickups. That Fender Eddie has is an awesome guitar, it has a wide neck and plays like a Gretsch.
It was nice seeing you again JoAnne. You have a good touch with your picking.
Keep Picking.

I stood in the back and remember that well. As time goes on there will be more and more people who have never heard that album and have nothing to compare that performance to. I can imagine them saying "That's a pretty good version of that song!" and people like me who bought that album when it first came out 45 or 46 years ago and listened to it over and over have even more of a reason to smile at what I heard you guys play that day!

Due to circumstances of life we actually learned the parts separately and never got to play this tune together till we got to Nashville.
This was the one tune I really wanted to get right.
In this performance it all came together! In my humble opinion!
