JBL 15" speaker in a Music Man RD 112 65 amp

Is this a combination that would possibly work? I get what I believe to be a good tone with my 12" speaker, but I would like to improve it if possible. Oh yeah and I know about practice, practice and more practice. - Dwayne

Hi Dwayne,
My son and I both have an RD112. Mine has a 12 inch JBL and his has the standard Musicman (MM) speaker. I like the tone of the MM speaker much better. I own a 15 inch JBL and haven't bothered trying that combination to see how I would like the sound.
