Tru Arc bridge
Did Chet or Paul use a Tru Arc bridge? If not what bridge did they use? Thanks

I know my dad did, he thought they were great, I may be wrong, but I don't think they were available when Chet was living at the time.

Micah is correct saying the Tru Arc was not available when Chet was alive. I believe Paul was given some different models to compare. I bought one on Paul's reccomendation for my old 61 Gent and, fwiw, he reccomended brass to me.
Instant effect on sustain is what I noticed. May have improved the playability some but I had no complaints in that area. Definitely does nice things to your sustain, though.
Had they been available when Chet was still using his 59 I have no doubt he would have used one.

...that's how it looks to me...The opinion expressed above is my own and does not necessarily reflect the views of this station. Your mileage may vary...
