This is a song that is almost as old as country music itself. The connection between the Carter Family and Chet is unmistakable. I tried to give a tip of the hat to Maybelle Carter as well as Chet when I arranged this. In my mind, I can hear Paul Yandell playing in the background. I really miss him, especially at a time like this.

Micah, it was really hard to come up with something fitting, especially after you told me how much your Dad liked the song. You know how much he meant to me. Every time I try to play a song, I unconsciously wonder in my mind what Paul would think of it. It always meant so much to me to get his nod of approval, and now that he is not here your opinion is very important to me.
