Well, 2nd tune with the new gear. Wife and daughter are visting relatives so I have some 'loud' time to record.
'59 Gent / Parkel
Thanks to Richard Hudson who's arrangement I downright stole without permission even ? Forgive me Richard ?

Thanks Steve. I have a 2012 Hall Of Fame that was used on this track. I have a 2006 '59 Gent walnut also.

Mitch,
I keep listening to your song. Great playing, tone and the arrangement is just super. The amp sounds great. I'm drooling!
A couple of questions if you don't mind. What pickups were you using treble, bass or both? What gage strings are you using? What kind of delay reverb did you use?
Thanks,
GaryL

Re: Baby's Coming Home
Gary, thanks again for the very kind words.
Guitar was a Gretsch G6122-1959 Hall Of Fame in the middle position (both pickups), with the bridge pup volume rolled every so slightly off. I use Gretsch Chet Atkins strings .011 to .048
No reverb or delay while tracking. Totally dry signal. Verb and delay added in the DAW during mix.
Thanks.

Wow that's pretty. How about the string gages?
P.S.when you sell the amp don't post - I'll buy it.

The Hall Of Fame is up for sale. Using my Walnut '06 more these days. Want to aquire another CGP so the HOF is on the block.
As for the amp, you'll have to contact my wife after I'm dead !
