This message board is designed for the discussion of guitar-related issues, with particular emphasis on fingerstyle guitar and specifically , the life and music of history's greatest guitar player, Mister Guitar, Chet Atkins https://www.misterguitar.us/forum/
Here's my latest Chet/Paul installment -- "Oh By Jingo!" This is largely based off of Paul's rendition of the song, though it shares many of the same licks and characteristics of Chet's version. Hope you enjoy it!!!

Nice one Katelyn! It's a fairly up tempo number with quite a few tricky bits. You handled it really well!

Katelyn, I really enjoyed watching your right hand! I noticed with the fast descending pull-off lick that you picked them with your fingers rather than with your thumb. You have nice technique!

Megyn, I always focus on technique because that's the one variable that I'm most interested in. I don't need to know how to play a song. I learned from records long before tab was available. However, I focus on technique because that's what I feel makes the difference in how well a song is played.

Well played, that's not an easy tune and you rose to the challenge well
