Hello everyone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Finally I'm on vacation ....... I begin this rest period by loading the cover arrangement of
"Floatin DOWN TO COTTON TOWN" in the album of 1970 "Pickin 'My Way" by CHET ATKINS.
Here, I try to imitate remotely the great CHET using my Gretsch 6122-1959;
Backtrack was made by me using band in a box.

Let me know what you think
I hope you enjoy it.
Until next time ...............!

Paolo,
Thanks for posting another nice performance. Your guitar sounds great and you made a nice BIAB backing track. I hope you have a nice restful vaction and you get to play your guitar often.

Great job Paolo! Doing that live echo correctly is hard enough, but to do it to a backing track where the timing must be very closely aligned is even more difficult. You are obviously a gifted player, sir! Thanks for doing this one!

That was impressive, Paolo! I liked your timing and your use of the echo. You are also very young to enjoy this music enough to spend the time learning it! Thanks!

Thanks Dager, I'm really happy that you enjoy this.
He plays the guitar since I was twelve years or so, now I have twenty-eight, and from the beginning I had the good fortune (thanks addressing correct my late and only master) to grow musically by listening to the great figures of the guitar:
Chet Atkins, Wes Montgomery, Baden Powell, Charlie Byrd ,Django Reinhardt, Franco Cerri, Los Indios Tabajaras and many many more ........................
Each with different characteristics, but all of the top in their style.
I love the guitar in all its styles, but I was particularly impressed by the works of Mr. Atkins and always try to replicate his way of playing the guitar.
I feel really lucky because I have met the right person at the right time.
Thanks again and see you soon.
