I looked this up on the old Chetboard. http://misterguitar.us/cgi-bin/avlinksarchive.pl?review=7041 Craig Dobbins thought it was a Fender that they made special for Jerry.

The opening sounds like "Anybody Wanna Boogie" by Jerry, one of my favourites. Excellent to get to see what he did on that!

I don't think Fender produced many cutaway nylons.
I have a GN 45SCE and here is a link to the specifics...

I just don't think the sound hole design is the same...
And I certainly cannot tell the nut width...

Maybe that was the prototype for the GN series.
