Sounds good, Eddie. I have an iPad mini. It's become a much-used tool. Haven't tried recording with it yet, except for demos with the movie camera. (I just turn the camera face down and pretend it's a cassette recorder. :) )

Thanks Craig,
I used a device called a IRig. It plugs into the earphone mic jack on a iPhone or ipad.
The guitar cord plugs into that and it has a earphone jack.
Then GarageBand works like protools.

Hi Eddie,

Which model of iPhone do you have? This might be the route that I'll have to go.

OK Eddie, mine is just a plain 4. I was just hoping. I've seen those iRigs. So Garage Band is the software that you used with the iRig, or do I just not understand?

thanks

Happened to notice the iRig is on sale at Musician's Friend "deal of the day" for 19.99. I think you have to spend 25.00 for free shipping.

I really like the simplicity of the arrangement and the deep driving bass. That song does not need a lot of improvisation.

You did Gus Kahn, Merle and Chet a nice tribute. Somehow, I never get tired of hearing that song.

Well done...
