Here is a tune I composed for Paul Yandell.

This was recorded on a Ipad using Garage Band.
I know it is not perfect but it is cool how good the sound was on the Ipad.

Eddie,
You did a great job on that, and I am impressed with the iPad recording. I'm sure that Paul would like it a lot.
I have an iPad 2, and I'm wondering about the setup that you used. Do you mind sharing your secrets with a CAAS buddy?

Thanks John I just heard the lines and tried to find them.
I am going to start writing more.
That compliment meant a lot coming from you and the other guys here as well.

What I used is a IRig. It is a small interface that plugs into the headphone jack on the Ipad
which is also an audio input.
It has a jack for the guitar cord and headphone out so you can listen to the click track and yourself.
It was $39 or so at Best Buy.
Recorded into Garage Band on the Ipad. It emulates different amps.
Just used a little reverb and that is how I did it.

I'll redo it soon. I made a mistake at the beginning.

Thanks Roger.
I intend to work at composing more.

Chet and Jerry quality stuff are my goals.
I'll never reach it but you have to have goals.
Even if you never get there.
