Farther Along

While playing around with the slack key tuning, this familiar old hymn just seemed to fit. This is a new arrangement for me played on the CE. I hope you enjoy it.

Really good Richard. That was one of my Grandmother's favorite songs; she always asked me to play it for her. Listening to your arrangemet brought back some good memories. She's been gone for 30 years, but I still miss her.

Thanks,

That was nice, Richard. I like the depth of the bass in that tuning.

Thank you all for listening. That old hymn has soothed my nerves more than once. Me too, Rande. I love the sound of that low C.

Thanks a lot,

Richard

Richard you did a great job on this tune, great tone! I have a video of daddy playing some hymn's in 2010 when he and I was in Ky throughout Thanksgiving, the video means a lot to me. Great job my friend!
