1972 Gretsch Country Gentleman

Hi, fellow finger-pickers...
I'm considering putting up for sale my Gretsch Country Gentleman that I bought new in 1972 as I need the cash to buy another guitar I really want. However, I have no idea as to what a realistic asking price would be. The binding is intact, even around the open f-holes. It has the usual wearing-off of the gold plating but, overall it's in pretty nice shape and I can honestly call it an "8" on the 10-scale as well as the case. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Tom W.
