Model of Jerry's Fender?

Anyone have any idea what model that Fender is. I was watching Phils tutorials (great stuff Phil, as usual) and this was the next video up and I have always wondered about this Fender. I just cannot recall or find a classical cutaway that Fender made that resembles it. The head, for Fender, is really unique. Almost Ovationish with how it narrows towards the top...any help solving this mystery would be appreciated.

If I remember right, Craig Dobbins said that it's a custom shop model that Fender made for Jerry. You might check with Craig to make sure.
