Have you tried the UK ebay? There are two Tennessee Roses there right now, and "your" guitar may pop up any day.

Coda Music had one a while back. HW music had a Gent, again a little while back.
Good luck!

I don't know what the shipping charge would be to get this one to you, but Lark Street Music in New Jersey has a black one for $1450. It's a fairly low price and that may off set any huge shipping fee. Just go to the link below and select archtop electrics and page down. When you get to the entry for the Tennessean, click on the guitar icon to see photos. It looks to be in great shape. I have a 1990 Gibson Tennessean and I really enjoy playing it. I hope this helps.

Shipping charge with USPS will be US$150,00 from New York. I have bought two guitars from Rocky at Street Sounds, and that´s the shipping charge I paid for each of them.

Thanks for all your replies. Unfortunately - I overlooked something which
the young man didn't ie. "It dosent' have a Bigsby Daddy.".
He wants to try out a G5120 Gretsch now.

I found a link to a Gretsch Chet Atkins Tennesse Rose which is pretty reasonable. I think it has the 2" wide electrtone body and it sure has a Bigsby. I don't know what Elderly would charge to ship it to you, though.

I checked that link Ray & it does look the business. The cheaper 5120 made in Korea
dosent have Filtertrons so the Tennessean would be a better bet. I bought a 6120 lefty
from Elderly a few years ago & you do pay a fair bit in shippping & import duty though.
