Anybody know what model this guitar is that Cal Collins is playing?

It looks like a Baldwin-era Gent with real f-holes, single mute, dual Filtertrons, and the Baldwin pickguard to me. The color is a bit strange, but I hear that some of the Gents were almost an orange color.
The question has come up on a jazz forum I visit, and that was my best guess.

Hi Mike,
I believe that's a Balwin era double cutaway 6120 in orange.

OK. It looked like it might be a 17" body, but I'll go with a 6120.

Very nice. Bennie Goodman just listening and enjoying the music. The piano player was relaxed, playing rhythm with his right hand and scratching his head with his left. Ha!

Looks like a 60's model to me. Has a Supertron and a Filtertron.

Re: Guitar identification
I'm back to thinking it's a Country Gent. The body still looks like a 17" to me. Plus I've seen other comments that Collins played a CG as well as a 6120 for some years.
Edit: I went to the Gretsch 6120 book. It's probably a 6120 after all. The thin body just makes it look like a bigger body. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. If you don't like it, well, I've got other stories.

Re: Guitar identification
It´s definitely not a Baldwin era Gretsch. It has the original rounded Gretsch and not the scalloped Baldwin type pickguard. The thin double cutaway Electrotone body appeared in 1962 on many Gretsches, and the combination of Supertron and Filtertron pickups would usually say it´s a Country Gentleman, but the Supertron may have been installed on a 6120, so who can tell? The colour isn´t really CG-ish, but Gretsch colours did vary a lot.

Re: Guitar identification
I posted the question and the link at gretschpages and got this first response.
__________
Its a 6120DC. I suppose that they could have made an orange 6122 by special order but it would have had a gold Bigsby.
It meets all the criteria for a 6120 and would have been an extremely unusual 6122.
An old auditing professor once told me, if you hear hoofbeats, don't jump to the conclusion that they're zebras.

Re: Guitar identification
That's a 60's double cutaway 6120 ("Nashville"). There's one on the cover of "Caribbean Guitar" and several other LPs. I've seen versions with two Filtertrons, and also the SuperTron/FilterTron combo. Some had the string mute, some didn't.
Chet is holding one of these on the inside fold-out of the "Yestergroovin' " cover. That guitar had double SuperTrons and is fitted with the stationary bracket and handle, so Chet must have been using it for appearances and maybe some recording around '69-'70. I don't know for sure, but I've always wondered if Chet recorded "Steeplechase Lane" with that guitar. You can clearly hear the string mute switching in and out. I've heard a studio out-take with Chet telling Jerry when to switch in the mute, with a few false starts while they got it worked out.

Re: Guitar identification
It doesn't really look as though Collins has a Supertron in this second video:

I think you can see the pole adjustment screws fairly clearly at about 3:37.
