What kind of guitar is Jerry Reed playing in this video? The peghead logo looks like it says Fender I never knew he played a Fender. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Otozxd ... ture=share

Jerry played a Telecaster for a long time. I think the Telecaster was his most used go-to straight electric guitar. He of course liked the Baldwin with the prismatone pickup but Fender made a line of acoustics that didn't have the all-in-a-row tuners. Just which model that one is I have no idea.

Tom, Fender did build a prototype classical for Jerry that used a few times. Don't know if it's based on a production model, but it looks like a Fender CDN240SCE. In that period he also used a Godin Multiac, Kirk Sand and still used one of his Baldwins (mostly the one with the Florentine cutaway). Ovation also did build him a prototype classical in the early 70's, but he still returned to his beloved Baldwin classicals. I heard he used the Ovation to strum in the tour bus.

His Baldwin didn't have the fancy rosette around the soundhole. I think it was some variant of Fender acoustic

I think he is playing his Baldwin guitar.

That's not a Baldwin he's playing. Most certain it's a Fender.
