I found one at a Guitar Center in Washington state. Also, you could check the link below for Vintage Guitar Magazine and see if one of the instrument/amp dealers had one for sale.

If you buy a Gibson CE or CEC don't overpay for it. Frankly, $1,500 is way to much for the CE model. I think between $500-$1,000 is a good price. They come up on ebay all the time and I've seen them sell for under $1,000.
I bought my 1982 CE from a guy at CAAS in 1996 for $500. The one thing I like about the Gibson CE models is the neck. They are solid and have a great feel to them and the actions are real low. The only thing I don't like about them is the weight.....boy are they heavy. But, it provides great sustain and no feedback. Chet use to get a great sound from them back in the 80's.

Here's a couple of links to periodically check. One is to The Guitar Center used gear list. Just enter the key words Chet Atkins and everything they have listed in their online inventory comes up. There's several Gibson Chet Atkins classics there now and a couple of Epiphones, too. You can also peruse the various vintage guitar dealers in the list at Friends of Vintage Guitar where they list their advertisers web links. Check out the Guitar/Amp Dealers list toward the bottom. I hope this helps.
