Concert by Two Young Travis/Atkins Pickers
Posted: Sun Apr 03, 2011 7:42 pmWhat we should ALL be doing is trying to encourage young guitar players that show an interest in our Travis/Atkins style of guitar pluckin' to carry this wonderful genre into the next generation. Well, you can't find two better candidates than young Ben Hall and Josh Woods - both NTPHOF Contest winners! They will BOTH be in concert at the Griswold Center, 777 High St, Worthington, OH 43085 - this coming Saturday, April 9th - 7 pm (doors open at 6.) The concert is being sponsored by the Ohio Fingerstyle Guitar Club - let's call it "The Travis/Atkins Travellin' Show - 2011."
