For Craig Dobbins

Hi Craig,
I'm trying to learn your arrangement of Lily of the Valley from your book 5-String Banjo Styles for guitar.
I'm confused by the D.S. al Coda at bar 33. As I understand it this would take me back to the Segno
sign at bar 18. At this point it is my understanding that I sould then play to the "To Coda " sign which
is located at bar 15. If you would please straighten out this dummy as to the proper sequence I would
sure appreciate it. I love the book.
Thank you very much!

Hi Dwayne-

Apprently you has discoverd what we profeshinals call a "typ0."

I checked, and the "To Coda" looks like it's on the wrong page. It should be at the bottom of the second page, so you'll go from measure 31 to the Coda. (Everything else is OK.)

Glad you are enjoying the book. It was fun to do. I love banjo, and playing banjo-style on the guitar.

Craig

P.S. I couldn't find a copy of the book here, so I checked the AGW issue with "Lily..." Should be the same thing, though.

Hi Craig,
Thanks very much for your prompt reply. I should have been able to figure that out for
myself. I listened to the CD several times and tried to follow it with the music you had
written out, but it is so fast I just couldn't keep up.
Best personal regards,
Dwayne
