The Chetboard

I heard that the restriction on posts to the chetboard has been lifted. Is this true or not? I would like to see the board resort to the way it used to be even if there were some minor disagreements between members from time to time. Of course we would want peace and harmony between all members, but everyone's opinions should be respected.
