Hi Mike. Here is a link to the Registration form at the C.A.A.S. web site. It has the date and cost and some phone numbers where you can make reservations.

Here is a link to the C.A.A.S. web site where they have a list of who usually performs. Later on, they'll probably have some specific info regarding this year's participants. I hope you go and have a great time.

This may help in the future but as long as I've known, the convention is always the Wednesday through Saturday after July 4. This seems pretty consistent.
