Hello Friends, please help us...share the link shown in note from my buddy Kirk!
The more people who go to the KickStarter Link the better!

Cheers! :)

This is an email that I'm sending first directly to family and friends regarding a current concert project. As some of you might be aware, my guitar duo partner, John McClellan, and I were offered and have accepted appointments for teaching residencies at the Paris Conservatory, the Bordeaux Conservatory, and the Zobel Guittarenschule (Bad Nauheim, Germany) this upcoming February.

While in Europe, we wanted to do some concerts as well.  HOWEVER, while there was no shortage of interest, the schools have a policy of not backing concerts. Therefore, if we want to do some concerts, we have to raise the money ourselves for:

- Hall rental
- Travel, lodging and meals
- Advertising

We have decided to use the popular crowd-funding vehicle, Kickstarter, to raise funds. Over the next 30 days, we have set a goal to raise $3000. The way it works is, we can always raise more, but IF WE DON'T REACH OUR GOAL, WE GET NOTHING.

Here is a link to the project: ... inter-2014

You'll notice that there are levels of funding shown in the right hand column, and rewards are given at each level.  We are hoping that a combination of these incentives, plus folks' desire to "be a part of the project," will carry us to our goal.
Funding will continue until Thursday Jan 2, 5:21pm EST. Regardless of how fast our funding goal is reached, no backers will be charged until Thursday Jan 2, 5:21pm EST.

How can you help? Well, if you'd like to pledge something, that would be wonderful! What we really need help with is getting the word out. A brief note to your friends with the above link, a posting of the link on Facebook, a shout-out on Twitter, ANYTHING YOU COULD DO TO HELP US GET THE WORD OUT would be greatly appreciated!

Have any questions? See something on the page that's confusing? Please let me know!  Thanks so much for your time and assistance.
