Er uh...No, I think he generally plays a guitar...at least on the recordings I've heard...

My research on this tune suggests that the version released on the 45rpm 74-0914, was recorded more than a year earlier, and therefore may be different, than the version on "Goes To The Movies" but, I cannot confirm this as I have not listened to 74-0914.

It is unlikely to be a "Boom/Chick" as the song is in 3/4 time ("Boom/Chick/Chick").

It is transcribed by John Knowles in "Chet Atkins: Note-For-Note".

Paul Yandell plays with Chet on the "Goes To The Movies" version and, assuming that 74-0914 is different, I don't know if Paul also played on this version.

Hopefully Paul will read this post and give us the history as I would be very interested to know.
