Happy birthday John. Perhaps you may remember .... I was in Nashville in Dec 2000 on a Singapore school Principal's learning visit to Nashville schools. You found the time to show me around the Hall of Fame especially Chet's guitars and stuff (one of the highlights of my visit). You also very kindly invited me to RCA studios which I had to turn down 'cause I was down with a bad bout of the 'flu (one of my regrets ). I missed seeing Chet 'cause he was ill at the time, and also because of our short visit and busy schedule. (the biggest regret).

Anyway have a very wonderful birthday ..... and keep frettin'

Cheers

Happy Birthday, John. One of my earliest and favorite memories of you is when you taught "Red Wing" at a CAAS Convention many years ago. You made it so simple and easy to follow. Thanks! And I remember a beautiful rendition of Tennessee Waltz that you played for us at a CAAS convention a long, long time ago...still one of my favorites. I guess that playing guitar for 59 years qualifies a lot of tunes as coming from "many years ago." As Chet once said, "I love to hear you play."

Happy belated Birthday John!!!!

No news as far as NBC/Universal but I am evaluating
some new tactics to maybe change their mind.
