I know this is a short notice, but if you live in northeast Oklahoma I thought you might want to know about this. Dwayne Friend is known as "Mr. Gospel Guitar". He has won Dove awards for his guitar playing and song writing, played for the Happy Goodman Family and the Blackwood Brothers.

Re: Gospel Guitarist Dwayne Friend - In concert tonight
My brother-in-law and I had a good time tonight at the Albert Brumley, Jr & Dwayne Friend concert. Dwayne did a great job as usual.
I bought the CD: 36 Gospel Classics
Al Brumley, Jr. sings duets with Daniel O'Donnell, Merle Haggard, George Jones, Glen Campbell, Crystal Gayle, Mel Tillis, Sons of the Pioneers, Roy Clark, Chet Atkins, Lee Greenwood, The Chuck Wagon Gang, Porter Wagoner, Larry Gatlin, Hank Thompson, plus other greats performing songs written by Albert E. Brumley.
Chet plays on 2 songs on this CD set. I didn't know this existed. It was recorded shortly before Chet passed away.
