Anyone out there have an extra copy they could part with? I'm well aware that it has been out of print for a while. I sent Craig an email to see if he knew of anything. He suggested online but every place I tried they were out of stock. One place showed as having some but soon after I placed the order they emailed back to apologize that they no longer had any either. Thanks
