I think John has reworked every one of those tunes in his Fingerstyle Quarterlys. With the price the old book goes for, you would get a much better bang for your buck....plus a lot more songs....buying back issues of the FSQ.
Of course that recommendation doesn't doesn't go for memorabilia hunters, in which case good luck on the bidding.
