I don't know if any of you tried the Michel Lelong courses that used to be sold by Stephen Grossman's Guitar Workshop. I bought the Chet Atkins and Merle Travis tab and cassette lessons from there and really learned a lot from them. I didn't get the Jerry Reed course at the time, but I may now. I didn't know that you could still get them at Michel Lelong's own site. Here a some links to them. Instead of a book and cassette, they are .PDF files and MP3 downloads. I learned Copper Kettle and Girl Friend of the Whirling Dervish from them...some others, too, but those are the names I remember from the course. Here are some links to his offerings. I have no idea what the costs translate into as dollars.

Just a heads up...the Michael Lelong tabs are as accurate as the Christian Denoyelle tabs. I have found that the most accurate tabs are Christians' when it comes to the Chet and Jerry stuff. I have practically almost all of it. I finally getting around to compiling all of what I have. I just finished my Jerry Reed binder the other day of tablatures and it's about 5 inches thick. I'm getting ready to start my Chet tablatures. I may have to go get a couple of very large Binders.....because it's a lot.
