Ison Palais Grand Steel String
Posted: Sun Jun 30, 2013 11:18 pmBrian Ison has added a gorgeous steel string guitar to his line up. It's called the "Palais Grand."
The guitar is 15" wide, 4 5/8" deep, has a 24 3/4' scale, and a 1 3/4" nut. The neck, back, and sides are made of walnut, while the fretboard and bridge are rosewood. The binding is curly maple. The top is Sitka Spruce. A "K & K Pure Mini" - with a volume control - has been installed for amplification purposes.
This great looking and sounding guitar will be on display in the Kirk Sand Room during CAAS.
