Roy Clark's hammer on technique

Postby rhirvine » Tue Feb 01, 2011 9:53 pm

I know this is off topic but I was a Roy Clark fan before being a Chet Atkins fan. I've always wondered and never figured out his muted hammer on technique. I always admired his rendition of Alabama Jubilee and especially liked his 2nd chorus where he used a hammer-on technique and I presume a right hand muting to do a 2nd time through the song. Is there tab out there or possibly a Youtube (with video) of him or somebody doing this? Thanks.
