I wish I still had my Chet vinyls. Lot of them got lost in moving and separation from my wife and other life troubles. But they sure did take up a lot of space, which is a luxury I don't have right now. (A lot of living space.) I got some pristine LP's on EBay. "Workshop" and others..

I started collecting when I was a serviceman....well, actually, before that. Really started when I was a kid! Not that I'm not happy with my CD's. I'm sure thankful to have them. I think the only one I'm missing is "Standard Brands", and one or two extremely early ones, like "After The Riot At Newport". Other than that, I'm pretty sure I have just about all of them. I was blessed to get them to. It was someone's kindness to sell them to me. Managed to (technically inept as I am) put them all on my compmputer hard drive back when I had a p.c., and then on SD cards. Was a labor of love. It's amazing to me...astounding, in fact, that I believe I counted close to a thousand Chet cuts, which once took up an entire WALL in my home, and they fit on two tiny cards the size of my thumbnail. Chet's entire life's work on two tiny little chips. Amazes me. Who would have thunk, huh?

Still, the vinyl records have their own unique beauty. Sure do miss them.
