Mr Guitar back issues

Postby Doug Working » Tue Jan 09, 2018 6:49 pm

Back when they were publishing issues of Mr Guitar, I was kind of broke. Raising a family and not a lot of discretionary money. Now that I have a bit of income, (not a large amount!) they are not publishing it, so it seems I can't win for losing!

But are back issues available?

Doug, you can get back issues of Mister Guitar by writing the
Chet Atkins Appreciation Society
3716 Timberlake Road
Knoxville, TN 37920
Back issues cost $8.25 each in the USA and Canada.
They still come out 3 times a year as part of the membership dues of $25.00 a year and three issues come with that..
I hope this helps.

Oh wow!! That actually helps tremendously!! This is a happy day for me!

When you say write them, you mean write an old fashioned (gasp) mail it in the U.S. post office letter? No online presence or website?

Yes, write. It's Mark and Carol Pritcher, not some business enterprise.

Well, I did write, as suggested, way back when this was first posted. Never got a reply. Where do I go from here? Should I just give up, or are there any other options?

This is just a very busy time of year for Mark & Carol, Doug. There's thousands of us and only two of them... You'll hear back from them - when it's your turn....
