Re: Anyone have a list of Jerry Reed's recorded instrumental
Jerry also had instrumentals of "King of the Road" and a instrumental of when they would take a commercial break on The Jerry Reed Show...I'm not sure of the name of it but I have it....he plays it on his Baldwin.

Re: Anyone have a list of Jerry Reed's recorded instrumental
I've updated the Jerry Reed Instrumental List again, thanks to Mike Grossman. There's two songs that weren't on my list from the Reader’s Digest Music-Guitar Masters, Chet Atkins, Jerry Reed and Others album:
Yakety Axe
King of the Road
I thought some of you might be interested in this updated list. If so, send me a private message through this board and I'll email it to you either in Microsoft Word format or pdf.
There's also some Chet Atkins tunes on that album that were exclusive to Reader's Digest!

Re: Anyone have a list of Jerry Reed's recorded instrumental
Chuck, the songs from the Reader's Digest album are officially from their Golden Guitar Magic 4 LP box from '69. There are several releases of this box, the CD versions are mostly called Guitar Magic.
Do you also have Jerry's instrumental Welcome to Nevada on it? This one he wrote for the movie Vanishing Point from '71.
I assume his first instrumental is on the list, Navy Blues. This was one came out in '65 on the B-side of the single Fightin' for the U.S.A.
Don't know of it counts, but on the RCA live album In Concert, Jerry and Chet played Colonel Bogey on stage.

Re: Anyone have a list of Jerry Reed's recorded instrumental
Hendrik,
Thanks for the information on the Reader's Digest LP's & CD's. There was also one on there called "If I had a Hammer" Jerry Reed & Weldon Myrick.
I have the Welcome to Nevada instrumental on the list.
Yes, Navy Blues in on the list.
Yes, Colonel Bogey would qualify, I'll add that to the list too. I'll get the list updated and sent out to those who want it sometime today hopefully.

Re: Anyone have a list of Jerry Reed's recorded instrumental
Here's a link to the Jerry Reed Instrumental List that should work for everyone, I hope:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5t2Wt0rKrvZOHp3cVJCb0ZtWFU/edit?usp=sharing
You should be able to download the file or print the file directly from the page that the above link takes you to.
If anyone knows of any instrumentals that aren't on the list, please let me know. Also, some of them I don't have the actual LP or CD numbers, if you know them let me know that too.
This should help you find all of Jerry's guitar instrumentals. Many are available online to purchase as mp3's and some can be found on YouTube.

Re: Anyone have a list of Jerry Reed's recorded instrumental
I was wondering if anyone has an updated list of these Reed tunes. I'm spotting quite a few that aren't on there.

Twitchy isn't on the list. I can't recall there are more missing.

I've updated that list several times and I still end up missing some! I don't know how I missed "Twitchy". Maybe I can go over it again if I can find some time this weekend. If you guys will let me know any that you can think of, let me know and I'll get that list updated here in a few days.
Thanks,
