I heard Chet this morning on The Today Show. They were doing a segment on Cleaning Toilets...ha and here comes Chet's music...Something from back in the 50's...I didn't know the name of it.....Obviously, they had Chet's CD there and that's good!!!

It's really rare to hear Chet's music on the TV or radio anymore. Sorry I missed it, but glad that you got to hear it, Ray. Thanks for posting on it. Makes me glad that's his music is still played at least every once in a while.

Bruce, I agree with you, even if it is background music to a "cleaning toilets" segment.......lol.

Some one asked if that was Silver Bells, the Christmas song. No, it was not that. But it is called Silver Bell. No s on bell.
Also, my Jingle Bell Rock video on youtube is getting over 1200 views a day. Thank you if any of you play it.

We have Dish TV and they have several Christmas music (audio only) stations now. They show the artists name while each tune is playing. The other day I had the TV on one of the Christmas stations and on came Chet's Jolly Old St. Nicholas from 1961! It was a thrill to hear them playing Chet's music. We might not get to hear him as often us Chet fans would like, but his music will stand the test of time just like all the other greats!
