The Chetboard

I'm excited to let all of you know that McFarland and Company just posted information about the release of my new Chet book. The final title that McFarland decided on is CHET ATKINS: THE GREATEST SONGS OF MISTER GUITAR, and I love their cover design for the book. I'm always thrilled whenever a new Chet product is released, and of course this time around I'm even MORE thrilled since the product in question is something I created! Again, I would like to express my thanks to everyone here on the Chetboard for all of the help and support I was given while writing the book. Our admiration for Chet brings us all together here, and that makes this virtual place feel a lot like a very real home.

Mike, I'm confident that you will be able to find the book in the UK fairly easily -- since McFarland distributes their products worldwide, my earlier books were made available through Amazon UK not long after they had been made available through Amazon US.

I don't know how I could have missed this! Being new to the board, I'm still learning the layout, here. But I'm definitely going to check out the link! I am ALWAYS on the qui vive for new Chet books, and am certainly not going to let this pass under my radar!
