who owns that picture?

In Mister Guitar issue 82 (Chet Atkins Fan Club) there are a couple of pictures of Chet and his Standel. One, "Chet in the studio in 1959" showing the Standel and the "red" sealed top. The photo is owned by either Margaret Fields or Bill Lamberth. It is the only color photo on page 9. Any idea how I can find out who owns it so I can use it in my book on Paul? Margaret's shots all seem to be b/w so I'm thinking it might be Bill. Can someone connect me up with him somehow?
