My wife gave me this book from the Country Music Hall of Fame's shop for Christmas. I have really enjoyed reading it and looking at the photos. It has sections on his music, his guitars and tinkering, his producing career, and some biographical info. It covers a lot that I hadn't known before and there are many photos from his estate that I hadn't seen and letters to Chet and from Chet that were very interesting. I caught one factual error - it said that the Gibson CG was introduced in 1990 when that happened earlier. It is very well done and I think everyone would enjoy having this.

Ray,
Thanks for posting this information. I've got to share it with my wife.
I'm going to get myself a copy.
Thanks,

Gary, I really think you'll be pleased when you get it. I read mine pretty quick when I got my copy and then spent some time with the photos and their captions. Santa was good to me for sure....even though I may not have been for a whole year.
