does any one here Know how to change mutted notes that are x so you can see the number of the fret ex. x to 6 any help would be great

Can't help you specifically but Larry Kuhns put together this tutorial that all Tabledit users should be linked to.

Brian,

Open the "Special Effects" window from the "Notes" menu, then to the right of the "Dead Note" effect, remove the check mark next to "= X".
